Turns out, there's a wild number of all sorts of shops and sites on the internet dedicated to plant-based psychoactive substances. In other words, little herbs and bushes that affect your consciousness and perception. Turns out, there are very, very many of these plants. The most famous of them are the renowned psychedelic shrooms with psilobicin (I hope that's how it's spelled) and the peyote cactus, used by Mexican shamans.
Many of these plants, like Salvia Divinorum (Diviner's Sage) for example, are not banned from import and consumption in Russia and the CIS. That is, unlike peyote and weed, they aren't drugs from an official point of view. Only thing is, the prices in Western shops are inhumane.
But Diviner's Sage specifically is sold en masse in Russia under the guise of an inhalant.
